1. Your Legal Rights
If you order our products online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, even if you’ve simply changed your mind. This is known as the “cooling-off” period. This policy complies with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
2. How to Cancel & Return

You then have 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the item.

The item should be returned in its original packaging where possible and must be handled with reasonable care. You are permitted to inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. We may make a deduction from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods (or valid proof of return), we’ll issue a refund within 14 days.

This will include the standard delivery cost (if paid), refunded to your original payment method.

Additional or premium delivery charges (e.g., express shipping) may be excluded unless stated otherwise.
4. Our Results Guarantee
Your statutory rights (including the 14-day cooling-off period) are unaffected by this guarantee.
In addition to your legal rights, if you use the Perfect Posture Kit every day as instructed for 14 consecutive days from the date you start using it, many customers report noticing an improvement.
Maximum results may take longer, as with any health or fitness programme, but after two weeks of proper use, you should be able to assess whether it feels beneficial for you.
If you don’t notice any improvement after following the instructions for 14 consecutive days, we’ll refund your purchase price — even if this falls outside the statutory cooling-off period.
5. Exceptions & Additional Support

This return policy does not affect your legal rights to a refund, replacement, or repair if the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

6. Faults, Damages, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Faulty or misdescribed items fall under your statutory rights and are handled separately from the cooling-off period.
Complimentary Video Consultation
We want you to get the most from your kit. Many people find it beneficial when used consistently and as instructed.
Because everyone’s posture habits are different, you may benefit from guidance on how to use the kit more effectively or how to improve general workstation ergonomics.
If you are not seeing the improvement you had hoped for, we are pleased to offer a complimentary video consultation. During this session, we will review how you are using the kit and provide personalised guidance to help you get the most from it.
The kit was developed by a UK-registered chiropractor and a qualified physiotherapist (at the time of development), drawing on clinical experience in posture support.
